Samantha (Sam) is a Provisional Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner who has been a valued member of the Evolve team for three years. She is dedicated to enhancing her clients’ quality of life and supporting them in working toward meaningful, individualised goals. Sam is passionate about working with individuals across the lifespan and is committed to supporting people with diverse presentations, backgrounds, and abilities.

Sam places strong importance on building positive, trusting relationships through a person-centred and strengths-based approach. She recognises the significance of creating safe, supportive, and enjoyable environments where clients can feel comfortable and empowered to engage in therapeutic and behaviour support processes.

Before joining Evolve, Sam spent three years working with children and adolescents in therapy support settings and as a disability support worker. She has extensive experience supporting neurodiverse young people, delivering psycho-education sessions to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, and other developmental differences build emotional awareness, develop emotional regulation strategies, and strengthen their social skills.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, Hiccup and Boss. She also loves shopping, playing the piano, and exploring new places to eat around the Central Coast.
