Our dedicated team of experienced and qualified Psychologists and Behaviour Specialists are passionate about supporting children, young people, and adults to grow, thrive, and live their fullest lives. Naomi is a registered psychologist and founder/ director of Evolve Psychology Services. She has experience working with clients across the lifespan and treats a range of presenting issues. Naomi has worked in government and non-government sectors, and in private practices. Naomi has worked for the Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) sector, Life Without Barriers, in the Out of Home Care (OOHC) sector, and the NSW Education department.
Naomi has enjoyed working alongside children, young adolescents, and adults for the past 10 years. Naomi is also a registered NDIS behaviour support practitioner and has a passion working with participants under the NDIS. Naomi has worked alongside children and adults under the NDIS for 8 years. Naomi can write Positive Behaviour Support Plans, conduct behaviour support training, and offer regular therapeutic supports under NDIS. Naomi is very passionate about helping others to live a more fulfilled life.
Naomi is passionate about supervising provisional psychologists and behaviour support practitioners, guiding them to grow in confidence and strengthen their clinical skills. She takes pride in mentoring provisionals through the journey toward full registration as Psychologists, ensuring they feel supported and inspired along the way. Naomi values supervision as a space for reflection, learning, and professional growth, and loves sharing the knowledge, experience, and practical wisdom she’s gained throughout her own career.
Outside of work, Naomi loves spending time with her family and her four German Shepherds (yes, FOUR!). Naomi also enjoys going to the beach, surfing, going to the gym, walking and watching Netflix. She also very much enjoys going to local cafes for hot chocolates.
Emma McCaig

Emma is a registered psychologist and NDIS registered behaviour support practitioner. Emma has
been supporting clients across the lifespan through NDIS for over 10 years. Emma utilises a
neuroaffirming approach when supporting clients for psychology, counselling and behaviour
support. Emma has worked in government and non-government sectors to work with a range of
mental health presentations and victims of trauma. Emma has been providing therapeutic supports
and positive behaviour supports to children in foster care. Emma also provides carers support to
families through foster care and NDIS.
Emma is able to conduct and write functional behaviour analyses and positive behaviour support
plans, as well as provide ongoing behaviour support. Emma is trained and able to conduct many
psychometric assessments, including: The Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC-V), The
Wechsler Adult Intelligent Scale, The Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), the Autism
Diagnostic Interview- Revised, Connors-4 th Edition, The Adaptive Behaviour Assessment System and
many more assessments.
Beyond work, Emma loves spending time with her family and a new addition to her family, her
grandson. Emma enjoys going for walks, to the beach, Harry Potter, trying new cafes and travelling.
Holly Ratajec

Holly is a provisional psychologist and current PhD candidate with provisional registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Holly completed her Bachelor of Psychology with Honours in 2017 and is currently continuing her studies in a doctorate of philosophy studying the relationship between inflammation and Alzheimer’s disease.
Holly particularly enjoys working across the lifespan with a range of complex clients in both clinical and research fields. She has passion for supporting people, and is interested in working with a range of presentations including Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Alzheimer’s, antenatal support, and many others.
Holly works from a person-centred approach and draws on a range of therapeutic modalities. Holly utilises a neurodiverse affirming approach and has an interest working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Acquired Brain Injuries and Schizophrenia.

Emma is Team Leader, Counsellor, Psychotherapist and NDIS registered Behaviour Support Practitioner. Emma has previously worked at a private psychology practice in Sydney specialising in adults in varying life stages. She has passion for supporting people and is interested in working with a range of presentations including depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief.
Emma can write Positive Behaviour Support Plans, conduct behaviour support training, and offer regular therapeutic supports under NDIS. Emma uses an integrative approach to counselling. She understands and appreciates how each client is unique and that one approach does not fit all. Sometimes a mixed approach is the best!
Emma has completed her Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy and moved from Sydney to the Central Coast for a sea change with her husband and puppy Benji. Outside of work, Emma loves spending time with her family, Harry Potter, Lord Of The Rings, horses, cooking and exploring the Central Coast.

Darcy is a Registered Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner at Evolve Psychology Services, with a strong commitment to supporting individuals across the lifespan. Using a person-centred approach, Darcy helps clients work towards their goals and enhance their well-being. Drawing on evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Darcy empowers clients to move toward becoming their most authentic selves.
With experience and passion in working with neurodiversity, trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders, Darcy prioritises creating a safe, neuroaffirming, and client-centred environment where individuals feel comfortable and supported in their journey towards growth and autonomy.
Outside of work, Darcy enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, spending time with friends, and exploring new hobbies.
Samantha Amino

Samantha (Sam) is an allied health assistant and behaviour support practitioner that has three years’ experience working with children and adolescents in a therapy support setting and as a disability support worker. Sam has experience with neurodiverse children by running psycho-education sessions to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities and other disabilities learn about their emotions, and gain strategies for emotional regulation and to develop their social skills. Sam is eager about working with people across the lifespan, with different presentations, backgrounds and abilities.
Sam is passionate about building positive relationships with clients by using a person-centred approach. Sam understands and appreciates how important a safe and enjoyable environment is for clients for therapeutic and behaviour support goals to be achieved.
Sam enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Hiccup, shopping, playing the piano and finding new places on the Central Coast to eat.
Bernice Wolford

Bernice is a compassionate arts therapist who brings a trauma-informed, integrative approach to support clients on their journeys of healing and self-discovery. Her practice, shaped by personal experiences with trauma, loss, and grief, allows her to authentically hold space for others as they explore vulnerability, reconnect with themselves, and navigate life’s challenges, strengthen autonomy, and have healthier relationships with self and others.
Bernice draws on her deep interest in the neurobiology of trauma, ancient innate ways of being, and multimodal expressive arts. Arts therapy is a psychotherapeutic approach using creative arts to express, process, and integrate our lived experiences. Passionate about the transformative power of expressive arts, she has worked across diverse mental health settings—including acute mental health, transitional programs, and youth services—helping clients process trauma, build resilience, and find deeper meaning in their lives. Her empathetic, person-centered approach fosters genuine connections, empowering clients to feel seen, heard, and supported on their path to healing.
Outside of work, Bernice enjoys family adventures, from camping, bushwalking, to beach days, watching soccer games with her boys, creating art, live music, and spending time with friends.

Edwin is a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with over five years’ experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan with a wide range of support needs. He works from a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and PDA-informed framework, with a strong focus on understanding behaviour through the lens of unmet needs, nervous system regulation, and individual autonomy.
Edwin is particularly skilled at working with individuals who present with demand avoidance, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and complex behavioural profiles, and he takes a proactive, strengths-based, and family-centred approach to behaviour support. He values collaboration with families, carers, and support teams, and prioritises strategies that are respectful, practical, and sustainable in real-world settings.
Edwin is completing studies with the goal of becoming a registered Psychologist. His diverse academic background, spanning psychology, counselling, behaviour support, and business, allows him to bring a thoughtful, structured, and holistic perspective to his work with participants and their support networks.
Edwin is known for his calm, genuine, and compassionate approach. He is passionate about empowering individuals to build psychological, emotional, and social skills, while supporting families to feel confident, understood, and supported.
Outside of work, Edwin enjoys being outdoors, going for walks, spending time at the gym, playing video games, solving jigsaw puzzles and board games, going to the movies, visiting the beach, and spending time with animals, especially our therapy dog, Koda.

Kiera is a Psychologist (Provisional) and NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner currently completing a Master of Clinical Neuropsychology at Macquarie University. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (First Class Honours) from the University of Newcastle and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and Behaviour Support Practitioners Australia.
Kiera has experience working across inpatient, private, and community settings with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. She supports individuals living with psychosocial disabilities and a range of presentations, including mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD (with a particular interest in girls and women), and complex emotional and behavioural needs. She has also facilitated psychoeducation programs focused on emotional regulation and social connection.
Kiera works from a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and person-centred approach. She is passionate about creating safe, culturally respectful spaces, particularly when working alongside First Nations clients and communities. Her research background in mental health help-seeking informs her work, supporting individuals not only to access services, but to feel empowered and confident engaging in them.
Kiera can conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments, develop evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support Plans, provide ongoing therapeutic supports under the NDIS, and deliver behaviour support training for families and support teams. She is committed to helping clients feel safe, heard, and understood while working collaboratively toward meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
Emily Tinawi

Emily is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with an approach rooted in her commitment to understanding the unique needs of each individual and empowering individuals to enhance their social functioning, building meaningful connections and improving the quality of their lives. Emily’s holistic perspective understands the complex and interrelated factors that affect a person’s disability and impacts on their daily life. Emily considers not only biological and psychological aspects but also social, cultural, environmental, and systemic barriers, offering a comprehensive view of an individual’s needs. Emily has previously worked with young people with a diverse range of diagnosis including psychosocial and neurodevelopmental disabilities as a support worker and psychosocial recovery coach.
Emily has completed a Bachelor of Psychology at Macquarie University and is continuing her studies with a Masters of Social Work to become a Mental Health Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Outside of work Emily enjoys spending time with her two beagles Hazel and Lacie, her horse, playing video games, watching the NRL and playing Dungeons and Dragons

Ashlee Grant
Receptionist/Administration Assistant
Ashlee is our friendly and nurturing Administration Officer, and is one of the first warm face to welcome families into Evolve Psychology Services. She completed Year 12 and is currently in her first year of a Bachelor of Psychology, bringing enthusiasm, curiosity and a genuine passion for mental health to her role.
With a background in early childhood education, Ashlee has extensive experience supporting children and families, which shines through in her calm, gentle manner and her ability to put people at ease. She loves creating a positive first point of contact for clients and takes great pride in ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported when they walk through our doors.
Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys spending time with her family, doting on her dogs, and embracing her performing arts roots, including singing, dancing and acting. She brings warmth, energy and heart to the Evolve team.

Chief Executive Officer
Kieran has a passion for business and is considered an expert on several advisory plans. Kieran is involved in the day to day running of Evolve Psychology Service’s finances, business practices and continued development. Kieran is a MIPA, AFA and a registered tax agent.

Koda is a registered therapy dog that comes to the office with Naomi to engage and play with clients. Koda is a pure bred German Shepherd and is five years old. Koda loves playing with tennis balls, footballs, going for walks, the beach, tummy scratches and of course, schmackos!

Macey is a pure-bred German Shepherd who will be training alongside Koda to support clients with comfort, connection, and emotional regulation during sessions.
