Naomi is a registered psychologist and founder/ director of Evolve Psychology Services. She has experience working with clients across the lifespan and treats a range of presenting issues. Naomi has worked in government and non-government sectors, and in private practices. Naomi has worked for the Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) sector, Life Without Barriers, in the Out of Home Care (OOHC) sector, and the NSW Education department.

Naomi has enjoyed working alongside children, young adolescents, and adults for the past 10 years. Naomi is also a registered NDIS behaviour support practitioner and has a passion working with participants under the NDIS. Naomi has worked alongside children and adults under the NDIS for 8 years. Naomi can write Positive Behaviour Support Plans, conduct behaviour support training, and offer regular therapeutic supports under NDIS. Naomi is very passionate about helping others to live a more fulfilled life.

Naomi is passionate about supervising provisional psychologists and behaviour support practitioners, guiding them to grow in confidence and strengthen their clinical skills. She takes pride in mentoring provisionals through the journey toward full registration as Psychologists, ensuring they feel supported and inspired along the way. Naomi values supervision as a space for reflection, learning, and professional growth, and loves sharing the knowledge, experience, and practical wisdom she’s gained throughout her own career.

Outside of work, Naomi loves spending time with her family and her four German Shepherds (yes, FOUR!). Naomi also enjoys going to the beach, surfing, going to the gym, walking and watching Netflix. She also very much enjoys going to local cafes for hot chocolates.
