Kiera is a Psychologist (Provisional) and NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner currently completing a Master of Clinical Neuropsychology at Macquarie University. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (First Class Honours) from the University of Newcastle and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and Behaviour Support Practitioners Australia.

Kiera has experience working across inpatient, private, and community settings with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. She supports individuals living with psychosocial disabilities and a range of presentations, including mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD (with a particular interest in girls and women), and complex emotional and behavioural needs. She has also facilitated psychoeducation programs focused on emotional regulation and social connection.

Kiera works from a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and person-centred approach. She is passionate about creating safe, culturally respectful spaces, particularly when working alongside First Nations clients and communities. Her research background in mental health help-seeking informs her work, supporting individuals not only to access services, but to feel empowered and confident engaging in them.

Kiera can conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments, develop evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support Plans, provide ongoing therapeutic supports under the NDIS, and deliver behaviour support training for families and support teams. She is committed to helping clients feel safe, heard, and understood while working collaboratively toward meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
